To stay on topic, from my experience in the eCommerce world, I noticed that the Price was "big" factor in the Marketing selling process, especially in the resale of products where the competition was very high and the wholesalers were engaged in B2B and at the same time B2C. Which made it very difficult to come up with Marketing Strategy that would offer Value, that was not based exclusively on Price.
